I
see the incense in 'gram' weights.
How much incense is a gram? One
stick of incense is approximately
1 gram in weight. So 10 grams would
be about 10 sticks. For loose incense,
makko, woods and herbs, 100 grams
is just under 1/4 pound, or 3.57
ounces.

Hey,
where is the 'dipped incense'? You
will never find 'dipped incense' here. We strive
to offer all natural incense produced with
NO animal testing. Our incenses use only the
finest ingredients and there is no need to
dip the incense in oil to enhance the scent.

A
lot of incense gives me a huge headache.
Will your incense do the same? Because
of the quality of our incense, our customers
happily tell us that the incense we carry
does not give them the headaches that other
incense, particularly dipped incense gives
them. Our
incense contains no 'self lighting' ingredients,
which often includes gun powder(!) to
keep them burning. Pure, clean, rich
scents is all that our incenses produce,
with no headaches or sore throats.

When
will my order ship and how will I know that? We
strive to get orders out within 2 days of the time
when the order was placed. Sometimes, however, it may
take up to 4 days to get your order shipped out to
you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive
an email notification with the tracking number, provided
you have given us a valid email address. For
International orders, please contact us for your shipping
date.
We
ship from Minnesota and most packages arrive at
their continental US destinations within 3 days
of shipping. NOTE: As
of 04/15/2007 we no longer automatically insure each
package. If
you would like your package insured, please let us
know at the time of placing your order. The
cost for the insurance for shipments within
the US is as follows:

What
if you don't have all the items on my order in stock? We
carry a HUGE inventory but there are still times
when we run out of an item. If this happens, and
you place an order for an out-of-stock item, we will:
1.) Go ahead and bill for that item, 2.) Ship the
rest of your order, and 3.) Ship the missing item
to you as soon as we receive it, usually within 10
days. If we anticipate that it will be longer than
10 days before we are able to get your missing item
shipped out to you, we will notify you of that as
soon as possible. Otherwise you will be notified
on your packing slip that the item is out of stock
but will be shipped as soon as possible.

Do
you allow returns? We
understand that sometimes a person will change
their mind once they receive their order. In
the event that you would like to return all
or part of your order we will accept
a return based on the following conditions:
-We
must be contacted within three
(3) days of delivery that you would
like to return all or part of your
order.
-You
must call (877)857-0378
for a return authorization.
Without a return authorization
your return request will not
be honored.
-We
must receive your order back
to us within ten (10) days of original
delivery date.
-We
must receive your return back
to us in the same condition and
packaging as it was shipped to you. It
must be returned to us postage
paid. We
will NOT accept returns for
incense that has been opened
and 'sampled' or for burners
that have been used.
-Your
purchase price, minus shipping
and credit card processing fee will
be returned.
We charge a
15% restocking fee for returned
items.
-Returns
Note: We are
unable to accept returns of raw
incense ingredients and still guarantee purity of
product to our customers. All sales of raw
incense materials are final. No exceptions.

What
do you consider a 'bulk' order that would require
additional shipping costs? Any
incense in the quantity of 500 grams or more
is considered bulk. This applies
to the raw ingredients like the makko, dar, laha,
any raw ingredient used to make incense. All our
pre-made incense is covered under flat rate shipping,
no matter what quantity you buy!
